Overview

The St. Joseph County Office of Economic Development commissioned Antero Group to conduct an Economic Opportunity Analysis Report on the Indiana Enterprise Center.

The Indiana Enterprise Center (IEC) is among the largest megasites in North America. With a core land area identified and additional developable land for potential future use, the IEC consists of a vibrant mixture of industrial, logistics, innovation, and manufacturing businesses.

This analysis provided a consolidated economic development document that summarizes the IEC’s market position and competitive advantages. This summary of the various workforce, industry, and investment criteria will be utilized to attract development and inform future decisions.
