Overview
Antero Group developed a concept site plan for a 48-acre parcel in Portage, Indiana. The client had a specific project need in which various access nodes to area transportation hubs were required.
Antero Group worked with them to create a concept plan that met their development needs. Existing wetlands were also identified to utilize for stormwater management, thus maximizing the buildable area.
