Overview
In 2017, the St. Joseph County Department of Infrastructure, Planning & Growth engaged Antero Group and a team of consultants to develop a Master Plan for the Indiana Enterprise Center (IEC). As part of this effort, Antero Group explored options for improving transit access to the IEC.
Antero Group evaluated three alternative station locations based on their respective commuter, mobility, economic, and locational benefits.
Antero Group then developed a preliminary concept plan for the New Carlisle Station alternative, which demonstrated the highest potential benefits.
