One Village: Capital Improvement Plan

Overview
The Village of University Park engaged Antero Group to develop a five-year plan that identifies and details the Village’s necessary capital improvement projects and programs. The purpose of this Plan is to equip Village leaders, staff, and other partners with the information necessary to make data-driven decisions regarding the prioritization, phasing, and implementation of high priority capital improvements. This document was intended to function in conjunction with the One Village: Strategic Plan to maximize benefits of both documents.

Outcomes
- Through stakeholder engagement and a review of local and regional plans, priority capital improvements were identified and prioritized in a way that aligns with community and local and regional officials’ feedback.
- The report developed equips the Village with clear, concise, and fiscally sound capital improvement priorities to incrementally advance key projects throughout University Park.
- The final report provides the Village with a strong tool to return Village systems to a state of good repair, as well as seek grant funding.
